Polyprint CT-170

Product Description

Medium viscous thickener for printing on polyester with disperse dyes. The thickener is perfectly suitable for all kind of fabrics and highest quality prints. Due to the special composition of the raw materials used for this thickener, Polyprint CT-170 provides high penetration, maximum colour yield and very good wash ability at the same time. Therefore it is also recommended for printing with fine mesh screens and printing on difficult fabrics.

Dosage:

For direct print we recommend to use 45 – 50 g/kg (4.5 – 5.0%) in the print paste. (550 – 650 g of a 8.0% stock solution of Polyprint CT-170 per kg print paste). The ready made stock solution of Polyprint CT-170 must be neutralised with citric acid (or another non volatile organic acid) to pH 5.5 – 6.0 before use.
